General Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact us before returning any item.
Chemicals & Reagents
Due to safety regulations, opened chemical containers cannot be returned. Sealed, unopened chemicals may be returned within 7 days at the buyer's shipping cost.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
