1. Acceptance

2. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and institutional verification where applicable. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and exclude SST unless stated.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon invoice. We accept bank transfer and cheque. Goods remain the property of Kelmical Scientific until full payment is received.
4. Hazardous Chemicals
Regulated chemicals require a valid purchase order and institutional identification. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet compliance requirements.
5. Liability
Kelmical Scientific is not liable for misuse of products. Customers are responsible for safe handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
